The Project Centre has been set up at the Regional Marine Centre, University of Ghana. The following staff were recruited and will be engaged throughout the duration of the project: 

• Project Manager, Fisheries Officer,
• Oceanographer, Environment Officer,
• Systems Administrator,
• M&E and Communication Officer,
• Administrative Assistant, and
• Accounts Officer.

The Project Manager coordinates with the Partners, country representatives, and the REC (ECOWAS) to ensure achievement of the project objectives.
