She provides support in administering project grants at the Regional Marine Centre, by liaising with the Project Accountants, and assisting in preparing documentation for financial reports. She also liaises with Project Partners on financial issues. She also leads the administrative and office management functions at the GMES and Africa Project Secretariat. Finally she serves as the in-house Assistant Registrar by providing support in handling issues related to staff employment, monitoring leave schedules and time sheets, among other staff related activities.

Communication, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer responsible for development of materials for policy dialogue sessions, production of visibility materials, communication of project philosophy and deliverables to stakeholders, organization of policy dialogue sessions. The personnel is also responsible for internal monitoring and evaluation processes.

Environment Officer, responsible for the development of products and services, development of training materials, provision of technical training on coastal spatial planning. He is also in charge of the development and operationalization of the assessment, mapping and monitoring of coastal ecosystem services.

Oceanographer, responsible for the development of products and services, development of training materials, provision of technical training on physical ocean conditions and coastal vulnerability services. He also leads the operationalization of the monitoring of physical variables, ocean state early warning alerts via SMS for artisanal fishermen as well as the development of coastal vulnerability assessment service.

Fisheries Officer, responsible for the development of products and services, development of training materials, provision of technical training on fisheries services. The Fisheries thematician also leads the operationalization of the monitoring of biological indicators and forecast of potential fishing zone maps.

Project Manager, responsible for overall management of the project, preparation of consortium agreement, supervision of technical and administrative procedures, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
